            Delegate Hansen moves to amend Com Sub for SB279 on page 2, Section 1, line 27, by striking out the period, inserting a semi-colon, and the following:

            “And,

            On page 16, subdivision 8.2.c., on line 7, by striking out the words ‘but are not subject to’ and inserting in lieu thereof, the word ’and’.”
